How do I purchase a ticket?
You have two options. Visit the 'camping' page and either click on 'book now' and complete the email with your name and what type of pitch you'd like. Alternatively, send an email directly to theteam@escape-acton.com with the same info. We'll then contact you to confirm your ticket and arrange payment.

What happens if we can't travel due to COVID?
In the event of a national or local lockdown that prevents the event from taking place we'll reschedule. If you are unable to make the new date, we'll refund the ticket price.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to one month before the event for a full refund. If you want to cancel within one month of the event taking place, we'll do our very best to provide a full refund however, we do reserve the right to withhold the refund until we can find someone else to take your place. This is to cover upfront overheads.

Are there fire pits available?
Yes, there are a limited number of fire pits available and you can bring your own BBQ. Charcoal and wood are available from the farm.

Do we need to bring our own food and drink?
There is no on-site shop and the nearest is 2.5 miles away. You will be able to purchase supplies from food trucks however, these are only available in the afternoon/evening time. We strongly recommend you bring food, drinks, snacks and cooking equipment. The bar will be open from 4 pm - 11 pm selling ciders, beers and soft drinks. The hog roast will be served between 6 pm - 8 pm on Saturday evening and is included within the ticket price.

Can dogs come?
Yep! We love dogs but only friendly ones please as there are farm animals nearby.
